What insurances do you accept?
We accept most insurance plans, including those provided by Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna/Evernorth, Colorado Access, Kaiser, Medicaid, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, United Medical Resources (UMR), and UnitedHealthcare.
We also offer private pay options for clients who are not using insurance. If you’re unsure whether your insurance covers our services, we’re happy to help verify your benefits or provide the information you’ll need to check with your provider directly.
Do you offer consultations?
Please note that our therapists do not offer consultations. However, we’re happy to schedule a first session so you can get a sense of whether a therapist feels like a good fit. If at any point you decide it’s not the right match, we’re more than happy to help connect you with other resources or providers who may better meet your needs.
What should I expect in my first session?
During your first session, you’ll meet with your therapist to explore what brings you to therapy and begin identifying your goals together. Whether you’re coming as an individual, with your partner or spouse, or with your family, our therapists will work collaboratively with you to understand your needs and start building a path forward. This is also a great time to address any questions or comments you may have related to your intake paperwork.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. If you’re unable to make your appointment, please contact your therapist directly to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee.
How is my session billed?
If you are using insurance, we will bill your insurance provider directly after each session. Any out-of-pocket costs—such as co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance—will be charged to the credit card we have on file.
